FAQs

The target timeline for the Fundamentals, Efficiency, and Growth packages is 6 weeks. CRM Services also offers standalone engagements offered outside of those packages that vary in time depending on the engagement type.

For the Fundamentals, Efficiency, and Growth packages, you will meet with your technology consultant and analyst for 30 minutes weekly. The engagements are highly collaborative to ensure your CRM is optimized for how you use it for your business, so you may have 30-60 minutes of to-dos to accomplish each week.

Each engagement, whether a package or standalone, is a one-time fee.

If you’re using Redtail there is no charge to add CRM Services as a user. If you’re using Wealthbox, the account owner will initially be charged to add CRM Services as a user but will be reimbursed after the engagement ends.

CRM Services is uniquely positioned to support your practice. You will work with an LPL technology consultant and analyst with deep knowledge of Redtail and Wealthbox, a broad understanding of how these tools interact with ClientWorks and 3rd parties, and intimate knowledge of how LPL firms work.
